Description: Improve the NBA 2K13 graphics by using Mr_Frost's “Fallen” ENB mod + FXAA graphics enhancer. Unlike any other patches which focus on a particular texture such as faces, jerseys, shoes, courts etc. this mod brings the entire NBA 2K13 PC graphics into a whole new level. With no massive FPS drops,  I see no reason why you shouldn't give it a try.

Description: As the playoffs move along, 2K released another NBA 2K13 roster update for PS3 and Xbox 360, accurate as of April 27, 2013. Although 2K Sports did not officially release this update for the PC version of the game, Mr_Frost found a way to somehow rip it off from the Xbox 360 roster, so y'all should give him some credits. Below is a list of the most notable changes.

This is a small update of the 2014 All-Star court provided by 2K Sports in their latest roster update. I just updated the hardwood floor texture. Check it out!

First attempt to imitate NBA Live 14's Kyrie Irving cyber face. Special thanks to Mr_Frost, I used his NBA 2K14 Kyrie Irving cyberface for the base.

This ENB and SweetFX combination specifically configured for NBA 2K14 PC gives the game a total makeover. The colors are more vibrant, stadium and crowd lighting is enhanced to the peak, shadows are more darker, and the textures are smoother than usual.
