For those of you that were not able to connect to the NBA 2K15 servers, for the past week or so, go ahead and restart your PC, Xbox One, and/or PlayStation 4 and start up the game.
It should fix the issue, it definitely worked for me and according to Ronnie2K's mentions on Twitter, it looks like it worked for many more.
