Allows you to play Blacktop mode in NBA 2K14 with updated rosters from UBR mod version 19. Be sure to have Ultimate Base Roster fully installed in order for this to work properly.
NBA 2K14 Blacktop mode with all players unlocked (2014-15 roster)
Installation: Extract the *.ROS* file to your NBA 2K14 Saves folder, then go to options > load/save > load > load UBR Blacktop Mode V19.
NBA 2K14 Saves folder:
Open the run dialog box by pressing the Windows Key + R on your keyboard > type: %AppData% > hit Enter > Open 2K Sports > NBA 2K14 > Saves
