This NBA 2K14 patch adds a new cyberface for Alexey Shved of the Minnesota Timberwolves. This version has short hair and beard/goatee. I also scaled down the 3D head shape because the default looks too big in the game.
No need to download if you have Med's Ultimate roster installed, as it's already included in his pack.
