After downloading the file, unzip it using winzip, winrar or 7zip then paste all the files from "2013 Rookies Cyberface" folder into your NBA 2K12 game folder. "C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K12" or "C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K12"
