How to Install Roster Update:
1. Download the latest NBA 2K12 Roster Update.
2. Extract/Unrar the file.
3. Copy the "Roster.ROS" file.
4. Start > Run > Type : %AppData% then press Enter - screenshot
or just go to: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming
or just go to: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming
5. Open 2K Sports\NBA 2K12\Saves - screenshot
6. Overwrite the files.

How to Install Patches:
To install patches, All you need to do is go to your NBA 2K12 main folder and replace all the files.
How to Find NBA 2K12 Main Folder:
1. Right click NBA 2K12 desktop game shortcut.
2. Select "Properties".
or you can just go to:
DVD version: C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K12
Steam version: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\nba 2k12
