NBA 2K13 SlamDunk Startup Screen Mod

Description: I decided to create my own title screen since the one included in the Slam Dunk 2K13 mod is horrible. This is my first time creating a startup screen so please bear with me. I only followed the tutorial on how to create a custom start-up screen to make this patch.
Feature: New splash screen featuring the 3 players of Shohoku - Kaede Rukawa, Hanamichi Sakuragi, and Ryota Miyagi.
Installation: Extract and copy the patch into NBA 2K13 folder.
