This NBA 2K16 online tool lets you easily check the maximum attributes or the cap limits for every possible combination of position, height and playing style. It can be very useful if you're having trouble deciding what type of MyPlayer build you want to create to be used in MyCareer, MyPark and 2K Pro-Am mode.
How to use: To begin, set your preferred position (PG, SG, SF, PF, or C), style (Inside, Outside, or Balanced) and height using the dropdown options on both sides to get a get side-by-side comparison. The ratings and attributes will be displayed automatically below.

MyPlayer Body Options
- Weight – This does NOT affect any attributes. It only matters where your position is if there are two or more same position and height play together in MyPark or Pro-Am. For example, if there are 2 7’3” centers in a team, the heavier C will play the #5 position. Same idea applies to other position. Also you need to be at least 200 lbs or 91 kg in order to unlock the Bruiser badge. Unlike what many believe, having a heavier weight will not give you higher ‘Strength’ attribute nor slow you down.
- Shoulder Width – Best to have this option maxed out if you’re an inside player. Set to medium if you spend most of your time handling the ball.
- Body length – This is mostly for cosmetic reasons. Set to whatever value you like.
- Wingspan – Obviously having a longer reach make grabbing rebounds and blocking shots easier. Most set this option to the max whether they play big or small. Players with shorter wingspan dribble the ball closer to their body. Longer arms on players let their dribbles extend a little more widely. Based on my experience playing MyPark, it seems like wider dribbles are easier to steal. Hence everyone use the ‘Low’ dribble posture animation.
