Andrew Bynum has been deactivated in this roster after being suspended by the Cavaliers management for conduct detrimental to the team. The following players have been deactivated due to injuries: Al Horford (likely to be out for the remainder of the season), Russell Westbrook (out until after All-Star break), and Bradley Beal.
