Different ways to unlock the All-star game in NBA 2K13 PC:
Method 1: Use the trainer created by DDunkShoot. Please take note that the trainer is not compatible with the latest roster and online data files. Temporarily deleting the "downloads" folder, "Roster.ROS" file and restarting the game will do the trick. (Only works in offline mode)
